A dedicated coach engages with participants to introduce a new leadership tip, discuss how that skill fits their style, and then identifies real situations the participant faces where they can try the new skill. The following week the participant debriefs the experience, the learning's, and the impact. We continue reinforcing that skill until the new learning becomes a new behavior, and eventually a new habit. We teach leaders how to capture leadership moments.

Jeff is an accomplished commercial executive with years of experience leading sales, marketing, and sales operations organizations in both small and large companies, domestically and globally. With success in great companies like Johnson & Johnson, Baxter Healthcare, and GE Healthcare, Jeff brings decades of leadership experience. Jeff currently serves as a mentor and coach to many colleagues around the globe, and in 2020 was honored by the Healthcare Businesswomen’s Association (HBA) of Greater Chicago as a Mentor. Jeff is Green Belt certified in Lean Six Sigma, certified in Bridges Transition Management, and has led individuals and groups on principle-based leadership journeys. Jeff’s passion and purpose is helping others to discover the best version of themselves as a leader. In his spare time, Jeff enjoys time with his family, watching and playing sports, traveling, exercising, volunteering, and socializing with friends. Jeff is currently deferring completion of an MBA at The Ohio State University’s Fisher School of Business, and he holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Criminology from Indiana University of PA.
